The villa is just steps away from numerous beaches and the wonderful Mediterranean Sea, with cafes, boutiques, restaurants, and other attractions in the center of Sitges within a 10-minute walk.

The house, designed by architect Coderch, boasts elegant and Mediterranean decor. It has been renovated while preserving all the elements that make it unique to maintain its flavor and architectural style. Surrounded by a beautiful garden with a marvelous pool and a pleasant porch.

On the ground floor, you'll find the living-dining room with a fireplace and beautiful views of the large porch and the garden with the pool. You'll also discover the fully equipped kitchen with new Neff brand appliances. Completing this floor is a double room with 2 single beds and a full bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, there are 2 en-suite rooms with double beds, along with a third room with a double bed. The master suite has access to a lovely terrace where you can contemplate the garden from above. All rooms come with a wardrobe and automatic blinds.
